– Lie on your back, hands by your sides.
– Now, get to the starting position by placing your hands behind your head in a 45-degree angle with the floor, and your legs also in a 45-degree angle with the floor.
– Contract your abs, exhale, crunch up, and extend your hands toward the toes as much as you can.
– Get back to the starting position and repeat.
